New Students

✅ Step 1: Complete the online New Student Enrollment Application.

What items do I provide for my child's enrollment?

Birth Certificate or Other Proof of Student Age and Identity
Proof of Residency (Acceptable Documentation List Here)
Parent/Guardian ID
Home Language Survey
Immunization Record

✅ Step 2: Once the New Student Enrollment Application has been submitted to the district, the Enrollment Office will reach out via email for next steps in the enrollment process.

⚠️ Families with students already attending Lakeview schools will need to log in to their current Skyward parent account to complete the enrollment process for any new sibling enrollment.

Once you have logged in, select the New Student Enrollment Application from the panel on the side.

Yearly Student Registration

Yearly Student Registration is the registration process that occurs for the upcoming school year. It includes all of our yearly consent forms as well as areas for families to update their contact information and emergency contacts.

Yearly Student Registration for the 26-27 school year is now open.

To access online registration, you will log in to your Skyward parent account. Once logged in, click on Registration 2026-2027 located on the left side of the screen. The registration process must be completed for each child attending Lakeview next fall. If you have forgotten your Skyward Parent Username or Password, use this link to find your username or reset your password: Skyward Password Reset.
